Technique camps are 2 days long and focus on a specific area/position in wrestling. Guest experts are brought in to run these deep dive camps in one of the position they thrived in.

Technique camps allow kids to get the NO DISTRACTIONS environment that The Farm provides and immerse themselves in wrestling for two days in ONE position! In two days the kids will be shown 10 hours of technique in a systematic fashion.

Our intensive camps are grouped based on age & weight where the technique camps are first come, first served so campers can sign up with their friends even If they are not the same age or size.  

These camps start at 9am on day one and end at 3pm on day two. For your convenience campers are allowed to check in at 7pm the night before day one if you wish. Otherwise check in is 8:30am on day one.
